Dempster

Post: # 999429Post FQF »

Could be playing his 5th Grand Final in less than 100 games.

That is bound to be a record... Mr. September?

I think he was very solid today. Other than that on the full, he really got a grip on Didak after the first quarter and nullified his influence. Especially seeing as Didak seemed to be on fire and unstoppable.

Seany played a very good game, got a fair bit of the ball, used it well and then held Didak after HT.

Well done Sean- you've been involved in four of the best Grand Finals of all times.

Keep on working!

He was solid but his errors did hurt us:

1) Kicked out on the full early and Didak goals from the free
2) loses his feet when playing on Leon Davis, Davis snaps a goal on him
3) Dempster tackled in goal square, only needed to handball a rushed behind for a kick out, instead handballs/spills the ball from where its cleared straight to O'Brien 45 out who goals.

Not saying he was our worst, but I think he can improve next week.

I'm sure there's another 10 or so good efforts I didn't see from him. He did free up gilbert though.

Played great on Didak but cost us 2 goals.

his kicking efficiency wasn't too bad but those errors were significant. Still, if fit, he is my man for didak again. Would also play Ray on Swan from opening bounce maybe?
