Former Frankston coach Brett Lovett has turned to two trusted allies and former Dolphins stars to join him at Sandringham. The 1999 JJ Liston Trophy winner and former St Kilda player John Georgiou is an assistant coach, and a four-time Frankston best and fairest Mickey Ablett will steer the reserves, cutting his teeth in coaching. Another member of Lovett's coaching staff at the Dolphins, Rob "Rat" Railton, will scout Sandy's opposition.
