St Kilda based Cocktails?

Hey guys, I'm in the process of setting up a bar out in the shed which is gonna be completely St Kilda themed. Aptly named The Nicky WinBar, I'm looking for some good cocktail names that are variants on current cocktails. I so far have the Robert Harvey Wallbanger (Harvey Wallbanger), Black Wingman (Black Russian), Tiprat Sunrise (Tequila Sunrise and the Morrabun Mudslide (Mudslide). any suggestions would be appreciated, as I'm making up a Cocktail Menu for the bar so I always have the ingredients on hand.

"Black Wingman" and the "Nicky WinBar". Nicky has had the odd problem at the bar.

I don't understand the black wingman at all. I'm not sure who it refers to and it sounds nothing like black russian.
