Could not agree more...

Just said similar in another thread. Without him, and when other teams put a lot of work into Fish, it means the likes of Dawson, Blake, Gilbo etc have to use it by foot.

Gwilt has really turned into a fine player, shame he went down. Hayes helps too.

But it's not an excuse for the deplorable kicking skills of some players.

Just look at the Collingwood delivery - so consistently good that it puts enormous pressure on our backline all the time.

Posters have been talking about this since last year, so these "professional" players have had plenty of time to improve, but 12 months on, it is still deplorable !

If, as some say, you can't get much improvement with mature players, then why the hell did we "recruit" such a large bunch of poor kickers - including I am sorry to say, our new young gun, Jack Steven !

Totally agree but they also missed Heath Shaw, we all know how damaging he is.
