Sad Monday - Sad Sports Reporter?

Post: # 1155137Post patientladysaint »

Steve Quartermain apparently is taking a "break" from reading the sport on the evening news tonight. Always knew he was a big supporter of The Blah!. Maybe he has thrown a sickie to avoid having to mention the fact they lost the big one - big time! Sorry, not nice of me.......

Waiting somewhat patiently. When it comes, another St Kilda Premiership will be all the sweeter for the wait. GO SAINTS ! ! !

You mean Steven Quartermain the famously huge Hawks fan?

Have no idea what you are on about but he follows the Hawks. Good thread though.

Oooops sorry about that! And a big apology to Steve too! 'Twas a bit cheeky of me. I didn't really know what team he supports - but i just got a few vibes recently that he had a soft spot for The Blah! Though i did note his tip was for Geelong - which i thought was a bit ironic at the time (but maybe done deliberately to make it look like he was being impartial etc )....

Many thanks Middo and Clarky449.

Glad my spelling mistake was nipped fairly early in the bud. Saving me further embarrassment today and beyond. All fixed now though.

Cant believe i misspelled such an important word incorrectly too !

What was Saint Kilda the patron Saint of?
And what was his proven documented miracle?

Dude , "Go Saints" is ok ,, "St Kilda" is ok ,, but "Saint" Kilda is never ok.

If you want to show your ignorance on a public forum that's up to you.

Just sayin ,
