Watters - No Ego

Post: # 1176399Post murray 66 »

Every new coach has the right to invent a new regime and expect his assistants to follow his instructions on his coaching philosophies and to implement specific game plan instructions, but one gets the early impression that Scott will welcome his assistants opinions and encourage freedom of speech in the box with everyone's opinion heard and valued.
I like the way he has recruited experienced football personnel to join his team, which shows that he rates credited football people with a willingness to learn and a appetite for everyone to contribute to the Saints success

I enjoyed reading that he openly debated with Michael Malthouse. I want and hope all coaching staff to challenge Watters the....Boss (yeah no idea about a nickname)

One of the things I like most about GT was the "no ego's" attitude he wanted at St Kilda. If Scott is that way inclined as well I'll be very happy.

GT at times came across as a man with a huge ego however he was so focused in attempting to generate a premiership that he was perceived as so.

How about Hot Watters? However, his nickname at the eagles was Smurf.

Lying turd had enough ego to make up for both Thomas and Watters. Heaven forbid the dirty dog wins a flag or 2 his head won't fit through the door.

What has he done?

Nothing!

We haven't win a game under him yet, and it will be months until we win our next game.

Why is he smiling?

Sack him now before it gets to late.

Bring on 2013.
