The most popular player in the rookie draft seems to have been P. Ass.
A number of clubs wanted him with their late picks including St Kilda at pick 79.

One recriuiter said "Greater Western Sydney got to pick the eyes out of the recruits in the National Draft. When it came to the later picks in the Rookie Draft all that was left was Ass. So we called P. Ass."
