Scumbag dog act Gian from Footscray's hit on Kosi that was OK at the time would now surely be a reckless, high & severe impact hit like fellow dog act Betts hit on Wright you'd think.
Unless of course it was high not severe impact, reducing down the initial penalty to 4 weeks.
Thoughts?
So Gian would've got 5 weeks also?

Spot on, very similar incident. I happened about 30 metres from our seats and is something I'll never forget. Gia was airborne and actually got Kosi in the temple with his head. That action did all of the damage and was probably accidental, which got him off. Nothing was said about the charging, which was borderline behind play as Kosi was just about to give up chasing the Dogs' player. It wasn't a shepherd either as the ball had gone.
And the reason I remember it so clearly is that Kosi has never been half the player since then. He was absolutely flying at the time and it is a bloody shame that one stupid incident snuffed-out a potentially great career.
