I think it has more to do with WHEN Milney returns to the playing arena and how much of a dispute there is between the club and the AFL on this issue !!

Milney needs the support of the club and a story waged in the media is not going to do that- - Sheahan and Healey would not have let it go ,

I would assume right or wrong that being a legal issue the Legal peopleinvolved at the Club would have had a say..

If the club can't trust a guy who has been at the club for 12 years to say and do the right thing especially after last week.. Well should close up shop, dont think the players would be to happy about that decision even if you are SainterK..
