Justin, consider wrapping yourself in bubblewrap all week . When crossing the road, look to the left, look to the right and then look to the left again. If the road is clear of traffic, walk straight across the road, don't run, walk straight across the road. Before showering make sure their is no soap on the floor - even better take a bath. Train by yourself, maybe while sitting on a comfy chair. Let your wife/girlfriend walk the dog.

I loved his MASSIVE breaking news story last night during the Ess v Carlton game. James Hird may step down for 12 months and the bombers are set to not play finals.
Brilliant! Except Fairfax had broken that story about 24 hours earlier. They were pumping it up just before half time like he had a world exclusive. I thought by the ridiculous over the top pre-amble to it all that Hird was going to announce he was a drug cheat and that he was going to announce that the pies had been on HGH during the 2010/2011 seasons and he had definitive evidence of such. Noo, instead he announces what the world already knew.
