And send some others back to the VFL to build on their fitness and skills.
Maybe let them know that they need to perform as other (StK) Sandy players are vying for their spot.
Encourage a really good hitout.
So we are ready to hit Collingwood with our best available team.

Oh hang on, Sandy have a Bye as well.
And the following week is another VFL Bye.

Even if there was a VFL game you couldn't send any players from last weeks Saints side down there to play unless they don't want them to play vs Collingwood. Part of reason why VFL & AFL byes are on same weekend cos you can't just stack your VFL team with AFL players during afl bye.
