Top 10 B&F Predictions
Interested to see what the consensus is on the B&F. Have a vote and we'll see how the numbers work out.
Obviously taking into account there are four games still to go. I've only included those who've played more than 5 so far.

Sadly only picked 3 guys 23 and under. Probably proves we still have a long way to go.
Re: Top 10 B&F Predictions
I won't select a top ten, but I reckon Armitage will win his first B&F and that will be a just reward for the hard work he put in.
In the early days, he was not a favourite for his work ethic and Rossy, did have harsh words with him. For him to turn it around and become a B&F winner will be a great achievement.
And probably the next captain.

I would say it is very close between Armo and Steven. The last 4 games will decide. On a side not how could 2 people suggest Steven wont make the top 10. Armo and him would be that far clear it doesn't matter.

And maybe one also picked Joey. Its the only logical reason. Who do think would be winning the B&F?

Re: Top 10 B&F Predictions
My top 5 would be:
Armo
Steven
Dempster
Joey
Roberton
Very hard to pick from there. I think Roo will be in the top 10 but has missed a few games. Bruce will also be in the top 10 - he started well but his form has dropped off over the past few weeks.

Re: Top 10 B&F Predictions
It's not as cut and dry with Armo as it looks. Jack still does the flashy stuff and a heap of 1%ers. He is probably better than a couple of years ago. Dempster and Roberton will be in the top 10 and Jack Newnes will be top 7 after a really strong season and Geary will be in there too. Montagna is top 5 after another very good season. Guys like Ray, Fisher and Shnieder will probably finish just out side the top 10 but one could jump over Savage possibly who has been up and down. Longer might actually get close too as he's single handedly rucked most of the year. It's conceivable that Rooey finishes around 8 to 10th which would be the first time in years outside the top few. Bruce, Mav, Lonie, Sinclair and Savage should all attract votes but hard to tell where they finish.
Re: Top 10 B&F Predictions
I think Steven is an absolute shoe in. Armo will end up with the maximum in more games but he'll also miss out in a lot. Steven had been very consistent and will poll solidly in almost all games.

Top eight look pretty solid though I wouldn't be surprised if Bruce missed out, had some good games but a lot of quiet ones. Bit of a toss up for the rest which will depend on the voting scheme.

Re: Top 10 B&F Predictions
Joey has to be a sneaky chance to win it, he has had a very consistent season and racked up very good numbers.
Massive credit goes to Roberton who has done a full 180 degree turn (or 360 if you consider 2013) to be in the top handful of players in the team.

Re: Top 10 B&F Predictions
Not if you go by coaches votes. There would be times he may have been best when we didn't get coaches votes but you wouldn't think enough. Also missing 3 games will really hurt especially with the consistency of Steven and Armo. I would say right now its impossible to say who is in front. Armo has more coaches votes but Steven has voted more times. Depends on the system of voting I suppose.FQF wrote:Joey has to be a sneaky chance to win it, he has had a very consistent season and racked up very good numbers.
