Good interview - as always with Richo. Interesting question about being too reliant on the oldies. Richo is still probably in a honeymoon period and exceeding expectations last year gave him some credits in the bank. But he really needs that new generation to start picking up the baton this year or next or else some hard questions will start to get asked. Richo needs to find his own Rooey, Joey, Gilbo, Fisher and Dempsters for it to really become his side and start to get judged on the generation coming through under his reign.
