DARCY FOGARTY
OUR goal this trade period should be on DARCY FOGARTY.
He is brilliant. Kicks handballs BOTH sides elite. wins contested ball. Very smart and hard as NAILS. Will go top 5 hopefully others pick KPP and we have a top 4 pick. (Thanks hawks)
Mark my words this kid is the next cotchin and some.
Get him. He will be like spp and be playing elite footy in 2018

Re: DARCY FOGARTY
Rookie mistake young man!
You don't nominate a gun youngster on here, you wait a couple of years then nominate retrospectively who we should have taken

Proudly assuming the title of forum Oracle and serving as the inaugural Saintsational ‘weak as piss brigade’ President.

He'd be a Fortunate Son
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

Re: DARCY FOGARTY
I heard that he was Born on the Bayou and that he's a Rambunctious Boy who can play Centrefield, Up Around the Bend or Down on the Corner.

Re: DARCY FOGARTY
He was interviewed last night on AFL360 and he said he was an inside midfielder and was not very quick.
Do we want another one of this type?

Re: DARCY FOGARTY
Dont think the question should come down to is he slow or not. should be based on agility and his first few steps off the mark. From what ive seen from a saints comparison is hes like Acres in the way he can get himself out of sticky situations.longtimesaint wrote:Yes but is it like a cheetah or an elephant?RODOS wrote:can he can run through the jungle?longtimesaint wrote:He was interviewed last night on AFL360 and he said he was an inside midfielder and was not very quick.

If we do rock up to the draft with our 2 firsts i really hope at this stage we target; Darcy Fogarty, Jaidyn Stephenson and Cam Rayner who's been tearing it up as of late.

Re: DARCY FOGARTY
Questions to Saintsational's better judges of footballing talent than I...
My observations from the video are that he looks very very good, but...
- Sloppy ball drop on a few occasions caused sloppy kicks. I suppose that's easily fixed with a little more concentration?
- A major part of his game seems to be breaking tackles with ridiculous ease. But he's much bigger than most of the blokes trying to grab him. Ok, he'll probably also get bigger and stronger again, but, how would he go against AFL men? AFL men who are trained to tackle big strong players?
- There was one kick he had from a mark, comfortably inside 50, but didn't make the distance?
PS: If we did get him, maybe his dad could swing some political influence our way?
