To state the obvious there is a lack of team spirit and enjoyment. Personality clashes? Less than competent coaches that do their jobs by rote rather than innovation? Possibly playing chaps that did not deserve games on form and effectiveness because of misguided bloody mindedness has resulted in general resentment in the group. I suspect Richo's future has been decided and he knows he will have the rest of the season at best, barring a miracle. Forward recruiting has been excruciatingly bad but Marshall and Battle are glimmers of hope if used/coached well. To win there will probably need to be a combination of lucky bounces of the ball and an opposition side ravaged by flu. I hope the players get tired of being ridiculed and take control. Hopefully the player churn will provide revelations and breathes of fresh air. I really feel for Geary he is in an terrible position.
