Given that we don't have a strong position in the draft and have at least a handful of players that really need to be moved on (Armo, Weller, Wright, Gilbo), and a handful that are seriously under fire... Lonie, Freeman, Minch, Dmac... and seriously injury clouds on Paddy, Roberton and Koby... depending on what we are able to bring in in terms of FA (don't think we're in much of a position to trade anyone in), barring an actual hamstring injury I think Nathan may be in a position to squeak through for one more year

You would think we will have a huge amount of space available on the list coming up so we absolutely have to stick with him for a bit longer…

Most of these 10 guys will be on the block: Weller, Minch, McKenzie, Wright, Stevens, Goddard, Brown, Armitage, Gilbert, Lonie. We also may trade out a player or two.

Freeman should get another year regardless. We aren't making finals anyway and it would be great for the Saints if he comes good this year or next.

Every club has effectively an unlimited number of picks I believe. You keep picking until your senior spots are filled. This will come in very late rounds, much like Hawks last year with picks 45, 67, 71
