Good to see Clavarino getting his hands on it.

Good stuff.
I'd love to see Langlands and Connellan get a go in the ones.
Genuine pace.

Lightning over the bay, heavy rain with high winds.
Take shelter if you are at the game.

All 3 are playing along with Austin I believe. Not sure who has played well as I am not there.

Christian has sent Brown to the lions claiming the bump was to the head !!!
Not a case of head hits ground causing concussion.
The media including Nick Riewoldt have given him at least 6 weeks.
Bugg got 6 for a punch to the head.

O.K. so who replaces Brown.
Clavarino or Goddard.

As tough as this sounds on Brown, it’s not a bad thing and probably the only way these clowns will play Goddard.

There is zero point playing Brown when Goddard is out of contact, playing well, no chance of making finals ...perhaps test him out, ever thought of that ?. Logic says he should have played 2 weeks ago!! Test out the list.

But no, Mr Conservative still thinks he has the perfect formula and playing kids when season done doesn’t form part of his thought process. Spare me.

It's a weird feeling because you never want a Saints player to be crucified and hung out to dry by media and by the MRO but perhaps it's a blessing in disguise for a guy like Goddard who deserves a call up to the seniors.

The bump was late but it was not to Saad's head. Rooy copped that sort of whiplash 20 times in his career and they didn't even pay a free kick.

How was Richo in his presser after the game where he just put both feet into his gob right up to the ankles!! What a knob.

Richos only positive moves at selection are 100% forced by injuries or suspension.

A tree stump or a potato could replace brown and we wouldn't be any worse off - knocking saad out accidentally was the best thing he has done in about 5 years.

This has been about the only blessing of the year that we have had so many debuts and that guys like Long got to play again and shine (before being injured)

Rice was probably almost gone when they played him. Injury meant he got a chance to show that he is up to it.

Templeton really never got a go under the Cho.
Cho seems to make firm calls on players and it looks like Cho's judgment on player identification is terrible.
Makes you wonder.

Templeton was not good enough. Only flashed in & out. Why wasn't he picked up by another club if he had the potential?
