Heard from a mate who is a serious Hawks man, that Clarko told Ratten during the season that he should go after another senior coach gig as he reckons Ratts is too good to be on the sidelines.

I hope Richo moves on and Ratts get a chance.
5 years with lil to no improvement and a less than 35% win record is clear enough data to move him on.
