Umpires OK today?

Post: # 1793894Post whiskers3614 »

Hope the usual suspects are OK with umps today?
Kept us in it second quarter.
Don't know the numbers but if you don't think we got the best of it you're hard to please!

Pretty good today actually. Completely on their game today I thought.

Fisher is a top umpire.

31-23 our way. Another disgraceful umpiring display today handed us the win. Bit sad when you need the umps to cheat for you to beat the worst team in the comp!

That last goal for Parker to seal the game was blatant cheating, nothing less!

Thanks boys!!

We were 4 goals better off today from corrupt umpiring. They were the difference!

I could just say what I’ve always said and that the umps have zero bias and call it as they see it, sometimes it goes your way and sometimes it doesn’t. Swings and roundabouts.

But thought it would be more fun taking the ridiculous Curly route instead! :)

Collingwood 24-7 v Carlton beat them late in the last. We got a good run after being reamed the last two weeks.

Corrupt umps turned the game in our favour and got us over the line against the bottom team!

Mustn’t want to see Cho get the sack!

Curly doesn’t get in trouble for carrying on about umpiring so why should I?

What’s good for the goose and all...

Not sure Carlton supporters would be too unhappy. We should have won by 36 and they get a new coach and another #1 pick. Plus Kreuzer was not injured. Didn't Marshall play well on him though, that guy is going to be/is a star. Along with Battle and Steele and Membrey. 19 more to develop - but a number of those were running around today, Wilkie and Marsh very close, maybe Wilkie already is.

Swings and roundabouts in umpiring is f****** bulls***.

Bottom teams usually get shafted by the umpires (cognitive bias).

I can recall at least 6 games over the last 7 years or so that were determined by umpiring.

Let’s not mention the 2009 GF.

Best part is they have traded away their first pick to adelaide.

They did alright for us today...weird...I'm not used to that!

Would agree with a Blues supporter I overheard (but for different reasons than his) that Fisher probably should not be umpiring against his old club...surely this isn't difficult to schedule?
