I could just say what I’ve always said and that the umps have zero bias and call it as they see it, sometimes it goes your way and sometimes it doesn’t. Swings and roundabouts.

Didn't Marshall play well on him though, that guy is going to be/is a star. Along with Battle and Steele and Membrey. 19 more to develop - but a number of those were running around today, Wilkie and Marsh very close, maybe Wilkie already is.

Bottom teams usually get shafted by the umpires (cognitive bias).

I can recall at least 6 games over the last 7 years or so that were determined by umpiring.

Would agree with a Blues supporter I overheard (but for different reasons than his) that Fisher probably should not be umpiring against his old club...surely this isn't difficult to schedule?
