Our tickets were Aisle 4 and right near the front so maybe they haven't worked their way around to the area directly behind the goals yet.

They were selling reserved seats behind the goals when I bought mine today. I'll be very unpopular with my group if they do start charging GA prices but I'll be arriving late anyway.

Only supporters get to the ground late due to train cancellations and traffic jams. The players get to the ground so early, they could run home and back again before the game starts. If they get caught in a traffic jam they simply get to the ground later than they should, but never late enough to m...

You were saying? :P

Even I overestimated the crowd by 3,500.

Plugger66 was closest.

Isn't giving the young and fringe players a game precisely what the NAB Cup is about?

Unless he's just not in Lyon's plans, as you would say Leigh Fisher isn't considering he's been dropped for the returning star players, then Gwilty will play on Saturday.

14536  Your thinking of Norf V freepoints on Sunday dude. Haha. You think they'll get 14,000 to a North vs Freo NAB Cup game? They wouldn't get that much to a regular season game. Try 5,000 or 6,000! I'd love for you guys to be right and to get 20,000+ but realistically it's not going to hap...

Hence, wouldn't you wait until the court has made the findings? Guilty = Sack (must be strong grounds for us not paying out here) Not guilty = trade/settlement/tribunal/etc? :? It could be well over a year before the case is decided in the courts. You'd keep him on as a paid employee of the St Kild...

It would be great if everybody could vote, even if you don't have foxtel or won't be home to watch it.

I've never had any trouble.

I rang the club on two occassions last week and the staff were helpful both times.

I did have to spend a bit of time on hold the second time but when you call up the day membership renewals are due you shouldn't expect any different.

I've just discovered that a block has been put on my card because I didn't pay last month. Haha.

All fixed up now and I should be able to pay the first membership installment tomorrow.

Has anybody who chosen to rollover their membership/told to do nothing to keep their current membership had their credit cards debited yet?

I dont like the idea of dipping into a future years SC to service current player costs. Has the potential to leave us short next year doesn't it? Whilst I agree you, perhaps the fact we have Steven Baker listed as veteran inside the list (the only one in the league I believe) rather than outside th...

More money goes to the club if you join as a St Kilda Member whereas only a small percentage goes directly to the Saints if you become an AFL member and you can't vote on club issues I believe. However if the option of Social Club membership is not available, you have to do what's best for you. I s...

I'd definitely book the $26 ticket Spinner. You won't get cheaper than that. I've flown Tiger a few times and it's OK. Last time was for the NRL Grand Final and that was the morning of the game. They aren't great but it's a 1 hour flight so who cares. You can probably afford to hold off buying the r...

I can't allow myself to get too excitied, I remember last season when there were some Pre Season pics going around and Armo looked like he was just about the most cut player in the league... I need to see some form on the field first... But i am expecting 25 games from Armo in 2010... Pretty sure i...
