Nathan Brown would be okay, good prospect.

But still, I for one am praying we retain Ball!

Collingwood - Ball
WB - #30 Dawes
Saints - Everitt.

The posters seemed pretty confident but it IS tradeweek :D
Surely we would get pick 30 in that deal?

Everitt has potential but really he is not enough for a player like Ball

lets be honest though

out of minor premiership best 22: Ball (probably)
in: Lovett

on last years form Lovett was a fair bit better than Ball. Net gain, bit closer to a flag

What did we give for peake again? wtf?

And why would x want to be traded? it's not like he was denied oppurtunity, was just injured, plus his brother plays here and he went for the saints his whole life???

Grand final sprint aside, he was in the bests a fair few times for Sandringham, and bog a few times. I don't think many first year ruckman perform that well, so it's looking good.

I hope the desperation in this post isn't reflective of the decision making process. Why? You don't think the recruiting department should be as desperate for a flag as I am? And after the heartbreak of this year you'd really rather have a CHANCE of a player for a few years down the track th...

Best situation for us would be to trade him for a top 30 pick and hope Carlton take that for Fev (which is unlikely, but if they did jesus christ we'd have a good team)

Most likely unfortunately I see him going to Collingwood for pick 30 and some hack and that's it.

Anyone who thinks we're paying over the odds, especially after this year, has no idea. Who cares if we give up the possibility of a gun kid for 4-5 years down the track when our window is slammed shut? Who cares how old Lovett is? We aren't bloody Melbourne, we don't need young kids we need experien...

yeah I'd agree too. I've heard from those at the game that he actually worked really hard up the ground yet wasn't rewarded with possession, (tough to see from my tv ) making it look like he went missing more than he did but still as Lyon said his impact was negligible, he's one of our most damaging...

I tend to think that the "arms linked together" by Collingwood was more a gesture of bravado than any sign of being "more of a team" than their opponents. They did a similar thing in the SF last year. Personally I dont care whether the Saints do it or not before a game. Being a ...

I'm sorry to sound like a broken reckord but... GET RAPH CLARKE OFF NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopeless. puts teammates under pressure. Misses targets... Not.Up.To.Scatch. it'd be very harsh to blame him alone, but that f****** stupid handball was the turning point of the quarter. reversed the momentum :(

Should be 6 locks and hopefully no Nick Maxwell. Reincarnated is miffed at how a player that gets the 5th best attacker who is usually a first year player, attempts to rough him up, runs around loose, spoils a bit, can't kick, can't mark, not fast and doesn't bounce get a nomination agree strongly ...

Geelong - Best team apart from us by a mile. Expect them to be back to their best for finals (like us) and be in GF for sure. Bulldogs - Very good unit but with a couple of major flaws. We have the wood on them, beat them twice fairly easily and would love to meet them. Still dangerous and could ups...
