Fingers crossed he lasts a couple more games without any major problems.

He chucked in the third quarter as he ran back to the goalsquare. Poor guy! It shows how hard he works.

Today was one of the best games of his career, especially considering it was in such an important match. Brilliant. It's man crush time.

We did get rid of him, so it's fair enough if he's a Collingwood man now.

I'm a bit nervous, given our recent form. It would just be brililant to beat them though.

They're much more vigilant at the 'G than at Etihad, where I've never been asked to produce a card. Sorry to hear your daughters got caught out. :(

We've been very unimpressive in the last couple of weeks, but it doesn't mean individual players should start copping abuse. Riewoldt, for example, has been inspirational all year and it's a bit much to pay out on him for missing a couple of kicks. If the rest of the team had done their jobs he woul...

I was pretty confident in 1997 and that all went pear shaped. I could never expect to win a flag; instead I just hope for the best. I expect to win the prelim, but we've lost a few of those lately and could encounter Collingwood or Geelong at that stage.

Going on this site: http://www.finalsiren.com/Fixture.asp?TeamID=12&SeasonID=2009&Go=Go Luke's averaging just under 20 possessions per game this year, compared to 22 last year. Average tackles per game is exactly the same. He really hasn't seemed to have much impact in the last few years tho...

I know a Swans fan who's whingeing about the umpiring in the last quarter. I wasn't able to see the game, so don't know either way.

If you can put on your impartial hats for a second, did the umpiring benefit us overall?

I saw him a few times in the members reserve at Waverley in the 90s. He's a celebrity Saint who actually turns up to games.

Is GOP really an insult...I though OP would be, but GOP at least suggests a player has some right to be on the ground. You were wrong mate, just admit it, go away or move on. I thought I'd worked out that GOP stood for Good On Paper, until your post. I assume On Paper isn't an insult. Soooo......wh...

It's nice to have history on our side, but did Collingwood or Essendon have a team as good as Geelong finishing second at the end of the home and away season? As long as Geelong are still in the race I won't feel at all comfortable!
