Thought he wasn't in the worst 8....but that would be tough to get into....you would have to do absolutely FA.

He was his normal batting self, slow though

Getting a bit hard to defend him now, but it's getting hard to defend any of the team anymore , another wasted year

Thought he played well today actually, would have him in our best...

Rucked decently, presented a target in the fwd line, floated down back and took some nice marks. He was on the end of some shocking delivery, as was Roo.

Tell me how he played badly and i might agree with ya.

I don't even need to delve into stats to know this guy is a f****** joke...

Best at knocking our own blokes out.

And everyone is still waiting for that one game...

Keep waiting guys..

Guess I would be happy at being totally inept yet getting a nice 2 year contract...

Rose coloured glassses?

I think Kosi is much maligned but somewhere in his career he seems to lose the confidence in taking marks and got quite slow with poor ground level recovery after often falling to ground. His effort is generally to give away a free kick (not always a bad thing) or place himself at the tribunal.

As a senior player I have expected more from him and I agree his awareness is not always good and he occupies the same space as Roo too many times to make the forwards structure effective.
Funny enough I believe he actually fitted the forward structure better with Gehrig earlier in his career but his lack of pace has placed him as a opportunity for the opposition to steal the ball and kick goals from quality rebounding.
The latter point is somewhat unfair as our forward line often is short of crumbers and speedy players so he is not alone in not being able to apply the needed forward pressure to quality opposition backlines.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

We need to look to Stanley to take Kosi's spot on the forward line.
Need someone who can mark and have a second effort.

Thought he was ok in the ruck. I think people have to start lowering their expectations of Kosi, he is not a star and never will be, he's a battler who gives his all in the ruck and can kick a goal on the odd occasion. I think Ross has come to grips with this, maybe the rest of us should as well

I guess that amazing year must be rewarded with a 2 year contract where he did f*** all...

Jesus if I was as s*** as this bloke I would have been on the dole along time ago...

Should be ashamed to accept his 300k per year package...No heart as shown when he ran in slow motion on the boundry line in the first quarter...Only good at being clumsy..

STATS BACK ME UP!!

With about 10 minutes to go there was a Saints mark and a long-range shot at goal. A Saints forward
decided not to shepherd the ball through, and a Pies defender marked on the goal line. Granted, the game was well and truly over,
but who was that Saints forward ?

Can understand your frustration mate, but probably best to leave the bagging for now, go clear your head, roll up again for next year

I think that was more to do with the sun, it looked like Kosi thought the ball had gone the required distance when it got lost in the sunlight.

His future lies in the ruck.

And that pretty much sums up why we have never achieved and never will when you have supporters who are utterly blinded...
