i have a problem with a newspaper paying for a 17 year old to stay at a motel then colluding with her to set a guy up by having sex with him all the time recording it for said newspaper....you're a worry if you don't feel a similar disquite

As soon as someone turns 17 the DHS won't do anything. Mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse only relates to minors under 17. If a criminal offence has taken place though, it can be reported to police.

This girl is for all intents & purposes considered an adult in the eyes of the DHS.
