I am old fashioned , but i think the captain should be given the first right to wear number and if they dont want it, then nobody gets it.

It could be incorporated into a nice little cermony at the start of the year where the captain is officially given the number 1 jumper. Would make for a nice tradition.

Newport, Devonport, Peckett & Gram

Bit rough on Frankie there I reckon.

Frankie started & finished off well (with 97 being a brilliant year) but had plenty of supporters pulling their hair out in between. In his defence he was played out of position for a long time, really struggled as a defensive back pocket but was a very good winger who could kick the odd goal.
