Urgency/speed to get this done is now paramount. No time for long-winded "processes," but that probably doesn't matter, as I was very impressed with the people/process that appointed SW - so much for that. Comments :

$2.50 Mark Williams - experienced, good with young guys. A mate of Pelchen (read less vitriolic politics, which we can't afford next time around). Perhaps as good as any for the next 3 years.
$6.00 Scott Burns - seems to have got close many times and is well respected. Hopefully, those within the Club will know.
$6.00 John Worsfold - no. He wouldn't want it - not vying for top 4, Melb. move and even worse, Seaford. Well settled in WA.
$6.00 Robert Harvey - maybe. Was quickly dropped last time. Has he improved his management/people skills enough?
$6.00 Michael Voss - a definite no. Not good with player/team development. No-one happy at the Lions. Poor people decisions.
$10 Rodney Eade - safely positioned with Pies. Well paid. Seaford travel not favourable. Too much "political challenge" for him.
$10 Alan Richardson - possible - similar points to Scott Burns.
$12 Dean Laidley, Simon Goodwin, Stuart Dew, Leigh Tudor. Dean - not for me??? Simon - potential Essendope issues. Stuey - locked into Sydney I would think. Leigh - been there with the Saints. Locked into North.
