No one even knows who silk miller is, Carlton have destroyed the beyond blue cup. We've pretty much ruined Anzac Day by playing infront of 3 fans in New Zealand  How inclusive is that.

It's just another 'round' 'idea' that will produce no tanigble outcome/result/change or meaning but anyway carry on. I am really don't give a shoot.
Wht the comments then. Of course people know who Silk and Miller were, not is. Well at least the educated ones do.

This is the problem with Goodes stance - I don't think you can boo anyone you like any longer without being labelled a redneck
The vast decent majority will have to change their ways to placate a smaller , disgraceful minority....

Tony Burke hasn't.

Oh yes he has
Tony Burke made a trip to Uluru during school holidays. Took his family at taxpayers expense. Three business class fares of $2,164 each.
Cost of return trip economy with baggage $475 if only.
Also charged taxpayers $1,497 travel allowance, hire car $463.
Total charged to the taxpayers $12,780 that’s double Bronny’s helicopter fiasco.

I must plead guilty, I had a 13 week ski holiday in the European Alps at my own expense travelling business class because of medical condition.
Total cost a little over $40,000.
Tony Burke on the other hand charged taxpayers $70,620 for a one week trip to Switzerland.
Wow, I could have got over 20 weeks for that.

I wonder if Willie Short On has the balls to sack him, send him to back bench.

Don't expect to hear about this on the ABC or read about in the ForgottenFacts newspapers motto Labor Always
Do I hear a frog croaking "corrrupt, corrupt, corrupt"

You may only read about on Saintsational where the truth is exposed.

The silver spoon Libs at it again. Bronwyn the face of Liberalism.
What makes me laugh is how precious the coalition and it's supporters are regarding bias on the ABC. Let's have a look at the other major media outlets and mention a few names of those who campaign openly for the Liberal Party. Andrew Bolt, Alan Jones , Neil Mitchell , Tom Elliot, The Herald Sun ,Steve Price to name just a few. The ABC is the only outlet that has serious political content and if it commits the crime of taking the incumbent govt to task on issues then let's dump it and create a wholly one sided dictatorship in political biased media. I guess the Coalition sheep would be happy with cooking and renovation shows dotted with lib propaganda 24/7. The ABC is the only program available for anyone with even a modicum of intelligence and I have to question the intelligence of those who wish to stifle it.
Q&A is probably the only insightful program available to us that covers a wide and varied range of topics , and at the slightest dig at the Right and all hell breaks loose... would you rather watch something like "the project " ? Maybe you would.

The truth comes out on Saintsational.

Shouldn't this all be in Perfectionist's Bronnie thread?

This is supposed to be about the proposed Gay Pride Match.

Can we get back on topic please.

FWIW, I reckon it's a great initiative. Should be against Sydney and should be our home game played in Melbourne.

Whatever they do, don't let Eddie & Collingwood anywhere near it!

Point of order on relevance, Mr Speaker.

Unless a link can be discovered between parliamentary allowances and a gay pride match, those posters straying into that territory should be stood down.

Tony Burke claims for office facilities costs are among the highest of all federal MPs, averaging more than $140,000 each half-year over the past three years.
Most MPs manage to stay below $100,000 for every six-month reporting period.
Over the three years from 2012 to 2014, Mr Burke’s office facilities costs have exceeded $840,000
Speaker Bronwyn Bishop $712,000.
Mr Burke also claimed $404,000 for office administration over this same period.

Even a fireman can't hose down the full truth.

But you wont see it on the ABC or read it at ForgottenFacts

Quite right.

If ace had any integrity he would be starting a thread in the Politics Section of the GF revealing this information, and allowing others to challenge it.

But he would far rather hijack a thread on a completely different topic so he can grandstand his own views.

Mods, surely there is a rule about this?

So typical of the Libs...yeah but they did it too........so that makes it ok.

You won't see that on the Bolt Report.

Of course you missed the entire point but you have done nothing other than be sarcastic and deliberately take this thread off topic.
So what's your problem?
Got an issue LGBTI community do we?
Well come on then! Out with it!

I agree about the disrespect to cops but I don't care that they have a round about sexual preferences especially like blacks, gays have been humiliated over the years. Its about respect of all things that some do not find normal whatever that means these days.

I get that..they have the mardi gras etc..I just think we should leave the matches to represent things of more importance , especially rds that raise money for the needy..ilnesses, homeless etc.

Pun intended?

I know of some gay folk who are very excited about the gay round, or whatever it will be called.
I don't really see the harm, and if it has potential beneift for some in the communtiy then why not?
