2004 was our best chance.

I wouldn't say we got close in 2005. We were over run and completely outplayed when it counted.

In 2006 Thomo did not have a clue on how to counteract the flood and the keeping off teams would use against us. You know what he said one game when asked how he was going to counteract it? We'll do the same to them.

i must say the way the hawks behave under pressure is amazing...they all dont seem to panic ...has this been taught...have they been hand pick to see if they process this edge...is it a skill that comes with training....i hope the future sainters have it...or we find out where its bottled

If you look at the 20 final matches that lyon has coached .
12 have had a points for of 71 and under .
8 greater than 71 .

he's now had 10 losses and 1 draw , a 45% record
His season record is 67%

So he's great getting the team to the finals but then you've got to be attacking enough to score more than 10 goals .
Time will tell if he can turn this finals record around .
