Great win today - fast footy and we executed with skills
Havent seen much of him but i thought Minch was good and has to be given a decent run at it - lively, adds dash has skills
Our oldies were great - Gilbert, Fisher, Dempster, Joey and Roo before injury but lots to like from youth also
Kudos to Dunstan and Ross who I thought were both cool under pressure and I havent been huge wrap for Newnes but he showed a bit

A win for the ages, great great stuff considering we finished with one on the bench. Makes it even sweeter beating the filth and seeing figjam all pissed in the box.
Young mids were terrific today, Ross, Dunstan, Billings. Cannot underestimate how important Weller was in that third quarter too

The small added bonus is Collingwood get our second round pick this season after the Freeman trade.
So they just shifted themselves a couple of spots back after yesterday.

Were Collingwood as bad yesterday as we were last week?

114 less contested disposals, but less tackles...

We were superb, but I think they were terrible... the pressure just wasn't there.

Their average age was lower than ours which is something to think about. They have quite a few injuries and did a lot of things wrong yesterday yet weren't that far off it at the end. But then again we were 3 players down after half-time. They were getting stuck badly on the HB line like us last week. They are probably like us in that they need their young players to really step up and take more responsibility but that is a very up and down thing week to week. Next week we could look flat and ordinary and they could look bold and adventurous.

Yes but for 2017:
Calrlisle for Fisher
Goddard for Dempster
Freeman for Joey
(Though all might play on and in particular Joey)

and then we are about the same average age height and weight.

The Pies only over 30 year old is Swann (did not play yesterday) who may not play next year. They are lacking onfield leaders and so their lack of a few "oldies" is probably hurting them. The Dees suffer froma lack of older players as well.

Here's the guy that used to play Auntie Jack - Grahame Bond. They DO look like each other.
