Jack is having a great year
2013 and 2015 he was the best player in a very poor team .... A ball magnet with poor disposal and whilst he was a terrific runner, opposition teams weren't too concerned about him because he had little help around him
This year he has risen with the team and is winning games of footy. His relentless ball running and ball winning will attract votes
Would be sitting top 6 in the Brownlow ATM

If Jack keeps playing like that he will push himself into elite even though his kicking isn't great, like Fyfe. The great players can impact games in that way to turn a close loss into a win. He's a genuinely dangerous player now that oppo almost can't stop despite putting lots of work into him. Thats the sign of really really good player.
