The only question is whether he is a better back up tall forward / tall defender than Lee AND by delisting Lee we would not be damaging the culture or dynamic of the playing group.
If yes, then he is a no cost swap on our list as a delisted player and Lee then gets delisted.

No point getting him as a delisted free agent as we have to use 3 picks in the draft.. I feel everyone forgets this every year so if we add him as a delisted free means we have to drop 2 players to acomadate another player in the draft. Best option take him as one of 3 picks in draft or rookie we should defiantly not be getting anymore free agents!

The only way we could take Richards is as one of the three picks (say 61), or as a rookie.
