D Day today
Playing the Dogs today may well be our D Day for the year.
The crucial battle that will either turn the tide or not on playing finals this year.
Teams ain the AFL are in the main very even and there is a huge pack of clubs thereabouts on our number of wins.
Plus with Crows coming up we could easily plummet.
Win today and we will be well positioned. Lose and we could be behind a gaggle if clubs after the Crows game.
So hopefully the good Saints turn up to play today.
We have been highly variable all year and so I have no idea which version we will see today.
The doggies team as selected is the weakest we have played for a while and so there will be no excuses if we lose.
Go Saints!

Re: D Day today
Last year it seemed as though if we played badly one week we would come out hard the next. I'm hoping that's the same today. Hopefully the boys will respond after being disappointing last week.
I'm really interested in seeing how how forward line goes. Go Saints!

Yes Boyd will be a permanent forward with english and roughead alternating.loris wrote:Dogs have made a change Roughead in ........... played a swiftly on Saints now having another big man in.
We have both Carlisle and Brown and so can cover both.

Re: D Day today
I actually better with Roughead coming in. I was wondering who Brown would play on (Stringer is too mobile in my mind). Now he should have either of Roughead or Boyd in the forward line at all times.saintsRrising wrote:Yes Boyd will be a permanent forward with english and roughead alternating.loris wrote:Dogs have made a change Roughead in ........... played a swiftly on Saints now having another big man in.
