You are the coach...where is the responsibility for this total shambles being put on display?
Why would we ever get scheduled on free to air when we play the ugliest style of skilless football anyone has seen?
If it your job to get the game plan and players ready...then you are doing a terrible job

Time to go. I reckon they won’t pull the trigger though. Ever since Richmond won a flag it’s de rigueur to keep a coach who stinks in case they manage to turn things around.

Actually not a bad gig for a coach....team with promising talent that have been led into a cul de sac by a coaching panel with no real plan.
Add an early draft pick this year, a bunch of cash for FA... could be worse!

The only thing AR could turn around is the team bus. Even then he'd struggle. He's a minibus. Not even half a coach. Don't be fooled by the Hardwick experience. He coached his team to three final series in a row before the dip. AR has taken us from 16th to 16th, and it's only taken him 5 years and a swag of early draft picks. Outstanding!

That’s been my point for a very long time ... we have no one beside our first time coach who has coached another AFL team or have premiership experience.

Probably due to now being able to pay someone. Ratten at Hawthorn, Voss @ Port; Leppitsh at Richmond + Caracella.

We’re just a bereft rabble. F&$k you St Kilda. You fu&$ing arseh0le heartbreakers.

What a ridiculous comment.
There has been 5 and a half rounds of football since Richmond won the flag but it is now de rigueur to keep a coach.
Maybe it is time for him to go and maybe it isn't but to try to claim that the club is only keeping him around because that is the current trend just shows a complete lack of logic.
