Still not happy

Post: # 1730505Post SydneySainter »

Likely to be an honourable loss, but still not happy.

All these possessions, all these opportunities and we just can’t hurt the opposition when it really counts.

We’re not a young team anymore.

Until we have an administration that demands success and a playing group that bleeds for the guernsey, St. Kilda will just be a sh*tty football club.

Are you kidding? Stevens, Weller, Brown, Gilbert, Roberton and Armitage not out there. A young and inexperienced side is out there. Sure a few of them have been around a while but they havent had mych of a go. Will be interesting to see how the season ends.

Fact is we're a better time without some of these blokes....prefer Austin to Brown, Philips to Armitage, Hunter Clark gives us more than Weller.

Roberton might be the only one of that lot we really want back in the team.

Our midfield is by far the leagues worse but who does not like Ross/Dunstan/Weller/Steel/Acres/Newnes/Armitage/Sinclair/Mckenzie

Of these players who excites you with ball in hand...some are even touted as future captains. We need footballers that create goals not pick up 30 possessions kicking backwards sideways.

Agreed. I was happy for 5mins then grumpy as I saw every turnover.
Still sick of bombing it into the forward line and a full press into the backline.
Still not running hard enough both ways.

Just lost easily to a team that was two star players down for three quarters.

30 shots 17.

Deplorable.

My generous grades:

B/B-/C/B/B+/B/B/B/D

Inspiring stuff.

At one stage we had three injured players and only one on the bench.

Newnes concussion test, Dunstan, shoulder and White corky

But all those arseholes on fox could talk about was the injuries to TWO f****** Tigers.

Shows how much they really follow the game. Too concerned with crawling to last years premiers.

Houli and Riewoldt vs. Newnes, Dunstan and White - lol.

Don’t really think that’s a fair comparison...
The fact is they’re depth is better than ours.

A player like Bruce for example means a lot more to us than Riewoldt means to them
