Wow.
Richo taking one for the team.
They must have someone lined up.
Who is Richo’s lawyer?

There will be a LOT of work to rebuild the confidence of the players, I do not believe that these young players are as bad as our club paints them - and WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN - that the club paints their own players as crap?
The answer is f****** NEVER!

This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.

Yep...when the management starts blaming the employees, all is not well with leadership

You could see it in Richo’s eyes.

He knows he’s cooked.

I just hope it’s a clean and respectable exit and Richo is given the respect he deserves for being our coach for 5 seasons.

I’m glad he’s about to finally go, but we must not as fans dance on his grave.
Fair call
And if he falls on his sword my respect for him goes up a lot - as it did with Watson after the media were into us for sacking him and he came out and simply said “I’m not a coach” the heat went of us and to his credit he was honest.
Richos has 5 years free reign , a very fair go by the club ..it hasn’t worked. If he owns that and walks then kudos to hm. We’ll see.

Dance on his grave? The Club has made him a millionaire and he has ruined us. That's nothing to dance about, just nice for the wound to be cauterised . Hope we can recover soonish. He will go now though wont he, surely.

Ok Tony Boy!

Your own words mate. Your own words.

Also recall you saying Richo was the 2nd best coach in the AFL.

Mate. The game is up.

He has to fall on his sword for the good of the club....the situation has become untenable and with him at the helm, it will be impossible to recruits free agents, sponsors, and I shudder to think what the membership numbers will be next year.

It's not good enough to blame the poor old assistants and give them the boot...they are being used as scapegoats but the elephant in the room is that the main cause of our steady decline is still there.
