I don't have a lot of faith in our football management team but even they would not be that stupid to give up a first rounder for either Menzel or Hannebery surely

Should have tried Freeman with other options but no we delisted him instead. Freeman may have been of interest by some clubs given his original standing. Just needed confidence in medicos.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Is utterly cooked. Every single person who watches football can see that.
Therefore, we shall definitely recruit him. And pay him WAY over the odds
This club is embarrassing itself so far in its ridiculous offers to bog average players. Desperate desperate desperate. So ugly.

Yes, I watched the Swans GWS match yesterday and kept an eye on Hannebery, a great player in his day, but no more.

Please don't recruit him, he is on the decline in a big way.

Rugby League would have to be the stupidest, most moronic and over rated game of all time.

Also if we replace Richo with Longmire I will be seriously pissed off
He's an average coach of a fairly talented team
:) The GWS midfield are killing the Swans midfield
Hmmmm what to do .... ?
Move Franklin to on ball or at least up the ground !!
But he's too stupid to even consider it !
So their best player sits deep in the forward 50 doing nothing
Longmire is a dumbass
Guess who is in charge of the GWS midfield??

All day all of heard from Swan supporters, commentators today on radio etc is the need to get rid of Hannebery as he's done. What galls me is that they're talking like we must take him as by some miracle, he'll do wonders for us ,but in the same breathe he's no good. We are not a dumping ground for has beens. He can F*** off to GC.

This gets more uninspiring by the day.

According to the trade whispers, North are the front runners for Gaff & Polac.

Who are we the front runners for? Hannebery & Menzel...

Until we have an administration that demands success and a playing group that bleeds for the guernsey, St. Kilda will just be a sh*tty football club.

I've heard it from a good source that Hannaz is coming and he'll be coming in for not much, Sydney need to free up cap space and he has told them that he doesn't want to be there. Why doesn't he want to be there? It's because he's been FORCED to play injured for the past two years. He was rushed back prematurely this year because of Mills going down and didn't get anywhere near his best. This could be the deal that gets us moving in the right direction.

We have failed for over hundred years and now we are the most unsuccessful club in the AFL.
We need to do something different. Yeah Lethlean may or may not be the answer but we have to try something.
I dont know what it will take but it seems that the most successful sides have a strong off field division and it rolls into the onfield.
We need to draft better, develop better and play better.
I personally cant see many of our players breaking into a richmond side.
We need to cut deep and do another rebuild and do it properly and get lucky. We havent been lucky with our draft pick bar Gresham and we need to be to turn that around.
If we dont then expect to be at the bottom for a very long time.

Saints the only club mentioned. Speculated by Gerard & Robbo that it may be achieved with a future second rounder.

Hannebery to the Saints is probably a foregone conclusion.

So, what do we give up for him? A future second rounder?

Now I am going to stir up a predictable hornet’s nest.

I am not saying I favour the idea. Just putting it out there.

Hannebery and Gary Rohan for pick 5?

The club would be derelict in it's duty if it wasted Pick 5 on 2 spuds.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

If we get Hannebery surely we have to move on our other cooked inside mid. Imagine watching Hanners try to break away from an opponent, get caught and spill the ball only for it to roll past Armo's feet as he's unable to bend down low enough to pick it up.

Sounds special doesn’t it?

Bwuuce from the commentary box: “Armitage, nearly, spills the ball out...oh here comes Hannebery, he slips over also, gets caught, clever tap out to Jack Steven...here come the Saints. Wasn’t that a special tap by Hanners??!”

happy if he comes for 3rd rounder..

2019 2nd rounder would have me concerned

I still retain the belief that however incompetent they may be, the club is not incompetent to the level of involving pick 4 in any way

AFL website reports "While Sydney will meet with midfielder Dan Hannebery in coming days to discuss his future as he contemplates an offer from St Kilda"...unfortunately, this seems to be getting real...I'm starting to hyperventilate...
