When Richo finally goes, who will benefit most

Looking at Norf and Carlton and their relative resurgence after sacking their head coaches.
Who on our list will benefit the most?

I think Blake Acres and White will get game time under a bew coach. Acres had always looked inhibited by Richo, played out of position most of his career. White has been overlooked and should get a proper opportunity under a new coach.

All the players that have shown talent and have now steadily declined.. I also think Billings would take the next step.. had a good season, but he’s still playing without flair..
Acres has potential for A Grade, but he’s been dropped so many times and know he’s in the s*** books he overthinks things now.

Not sure there will be any effect, maybe close to the end of the season a people are playing for careers and contracts?

Not sure a new coach this year will have a magic wand
