Parts of it are absolutely lovely (waterfront, Highton) - but a great proportion of it is a meth infected hole.

I'd like it better if it had wings. Seriously - how can you spend $300M re-developing a ground and not put proper wings on it? Not even WA were that stupid to replicate Subiaco at the new Craypot stadium.
