The club would possibly want some certainty over our coach, in order to attract Free Agents etc
before the trading period starts.
But rushing the decision may impact Harvey's preparations for the Filth's finals tilt.
Just hope the club decides on the right course of action, for all the right reasons

I still like the idea of a Harvey or Lenny or mitchell with Ratts staying on in the support role - with all the jobs maybe gone as senior coach ( if he didn’t get our job) can saints management sell him the dream of staying on as a very much required number 2 ?

Ratts as senior coach is probably the safe bet - but I like the idea of him embracing the support role

Someone change my mind. Given he was there an the senior assistant - why didn’t we improve more at the start of the year? How different is the messaging or it is more of the natural wind you get with a coach with nothing to lose?

I actually thought we improved dramatically at the start of the year.

Looked fitter & hungrier.
Won games in pre-season comp and started the season well.

Big improvement on 2018 IMO.

No idea if Ratten was responsible or is the messiah, none at all. I don’t have an opinion on who should coach but I have an opinion on who shouldn’t.

It depends on how well saints management sold me that dream - if there are no other senior roles next year what else is he going to do ? Something similar at another club ? Why then could it not be at the saints ?

yep. north made a big error imo. dead cat bounce. carlton i'm yet to decide, they have been developing and just needed a kickstarter to finally start winning. hope we appoint a potentially champion coach and not just someone we know is a better coach than richo.
