I assumed your reference to “debate” was the debate about who’s in the team of the decade. And if you start the decade in 2010, then 2019 is the tenth year.

Although some posters think that you have to look at Footscray in 2020 to work out who should be in the best Saints team of 2010-2019.

did the two-hundred-and-second decade of the Common Era begin on January 1, 2011?, if that is true then we can't include 2010. as i say it depends which year-numbering system you use and for some that impacts the players and coach that can be included in the decade debate....I don't really know much about it but I think the year-numbering system that is being taught in Australian schools since 2011 is in accordance with the ISO standard.

ahhh ok, now I see how I've confused, I meant that the decade starts in 2011 and finishes in 2021 thus excluding 2010 and any good player and coach stats from that year.

His numbers are outstanding, maybe his goal kicking and not wanting to seize the moment enough are the things that stop him from being elite.

Clearly ahead of Savage this decade.

He gets judged on what we want from him, as opposed to what we get from him.
