And to think... Barry Hall played the week after.

I don’t think his punch on Maguire did was less dangerous then the no injury here

Yeah its a terrible decision.

Chances are we will see worse this weekend and there will only be a fine issued.

Next week, when we PLAY next week, Longy needs to go with exactly the same intent.

Absolutely pathetic decision. Idiots that run the AFL are driving supporters away from the game with so many glaring inconsistencies and 'raffle ticket' umpiring decisions on game day.

All eyes are now on any bump in remaining finals that ‘may’ cause serious injury.

God forbid the Tigers win and Martin or Cotchin hit one of our players in similar circumstances

Let's be honest, is anybody actually surprised?

Once again the AFL demonstrate their pure incompetence and corruption.

Their refusal to listen to QC Rush's balanced, rational and well-thought out arguments, show that common sense does not resonate with the AFL.

Their refusal for us to call on a biomechanics expert is an obstruction to justice.

This would not hold up in a court of law, and whilst I acknowledge that an actual court of law and the AFL Tribunal is different, they should operate on the same principles.

I am livid

Shoulda dragged out previous examples but they don’t like that as that draws out the hypocrisy
Savage or Roberton.......geez......1 gives me meters gained but isn’t great defensively the other is cool clam collected good defender but less attacking/meters.......

Nothing more certain than an identical incident occurring this week by one of the other teams which will be cleared for the Prelim

I'm actually a Savage fan so I think it is possibly a positive having his 60m kicks and shots for goal.
He was very good in several games last year.
Fast fit and fresh to go.

Victim of virtue signaling and Shaun Smith insurance payout; our bit to keep premiums down. Double dealing crap, of course, but isn't it naïve to think any Australian institution is fair dinkum. Just hope the karma bus makes it rounds on time.
