Membership ordering system sucks

Has anyone else found the online ordering system for memberships really bad? I just purchased three memberships, one was for a new member and at no stage did it ask me for the member details . Does anyone know how the collect this information?

Also wondering if we will get a membership packs before Christmas..

from memory membership packs often dont come untill early february

re delivery- don;t know when regular membership cards will be out BUT those with reserved seats attached wont be out till late Feb or March.

i got the pet membership thingo for my doggy and on the brocure it said the pet gets their own membership card but it never asked me to enter the pets name so im wondering if my name will be on the dogs membership

I think that may be preferable to the dog's name being on YOUR membership card st trav

as i get along in age and am no longer akid, the saints membership is the only chrissy present i expect nowadays so mummy deals with the renewal each year.
