That last build up was just painful to watch. They look so flat footed.

Kicking is rubbish.

And the umpires are red hot on any touch in a marking contest. Max and Gilbert need to learn that. The free (and goal) against Blake was a joke.

If the first 5 quarters of the season are anything to go by this side won't make the 8 let alone win a flag. 8 goals in 5 qrts under a roof with a side with a much lauded forward line is a disgrace. Best on paper,worst statistically. Gameplan is terrible,Lyon hasn't changed anything since last season from what we've seen so far. On current form this side looks to be the most overrated side in the history of the game.

Just a quick question: Aren't they going to turn off the city lights by now? According to the PortofMelbourne webcam, the TD logos are off and the rest of the city is still on O_O

That was better,not sure if you could get any worse than that first quarter. Great signs with M.Gardiner and X Clarke playing very well. We seem too top heavy. We can afford to lose at least one tall,probably 2.
Kosi doesn't look like he's ever going to be more than a dangerous pinch hitter?!
Hopefully we can run it out,Carlton will keep coming,we aren't the fittest side..

We are a million miles from a flag at the moment.

We have nothing really uniquely punishing that can take us to a premiership like past grand final winners.

If our list can stay together, play consistently, learn the movements of each player we will be lethal. There just seems to be a lack of cohesion right now. Just need to avoid constant injuries, keep a solid list together for the season and it'll click.

We need to start showing signs in this second half, show something to backup the "LIST HYPE".

Carlton are an atrocity,should be 60+ down. Not a lot to get excited about here apart from the 4 points.
