Murphy looms as a pivotal player for the doggies and his absense could land a massive hole for the weekend.

For mine, i think it should be a reprimand at worst, but you never know. He did get him high. Has he got a record?

Would usually be known by now but in the weeks where there are a lot of incidents to consider it can be at least 6 o'clock before anything is known.

normally 1 week as the on field success of Footscray is a nightmare scenario for the AFL.

but its us against he is playing so 95 points to be held over till the next time the dogs play sydney or freo

Any win we can get atm will suit me just fine. To think we actually lead the doggies by 6 goals last time we played should give them enough confidence to beat them if they put in for 4 qrts.

Murphy's absense will just be one less minor bump we have to overcome, still got BJ and Welsh up forward who always seems to pull out of you know where whenever he plays us.

Hopefully we regain Bakes to add some added grunt to the side

In other cases Essendon's Andrew Welsh was cleared over a clash with Adelaide skipper Simon Goodwin while a lack of video evidence saw St Kilda veteran Max Hudghton cleared over a clash with Melbourne's Lynden Dunn.

Melbourne's Clint Bartram was cleared over contact to St Kilda's Matthew Ferguson while there was good news for Port with Peter Burgoyne cleared of any wrongdoing after making high contact to Fremantle's Rhys Palmer during Sunday's match at Subiaco.

It was the view of the panel that the high contact to Palmer was not considered forceful and therefore was not unreasonable in the circumstances given Burgoyne only ran a short distance to make contact, Palmer was involved in the play at the time of the contact and that Burgoyne did not leave the ground when he bumped the Dockers'

talented youngster.
