Yes good interview.

He thought Robert Harvey best ever saints player without question.

He also thought there have been better StKilda lists than 1966 which hadn't

won a flag.

The "best player" is like splitting hairs. Ian Stewart, Tony Lockett and Our Nick are well up there too. As for as the greatest player of the club in the complete sense, skills, loyalty, inspiration, etc., well old No 35 wins hands down.

And Verdun is right about the teams. Here are a few: 1971, 1991 and 1992, 1997, 2004 and 2005. But, injury cost us in every one. It almost cost us in 1966, but luck, for the one and only time in our 100+ years history, was on our side for two minutes on the 24th September 1966.
