Wish i could be down there with you all, will be there for the next two. Miss the atmosphere of September in my home town. Just to walk to the shop for milk and paper and to feel that sense of the whole city has come alive. The anticipation, the being there. Not the same on Gold Coast. I have tossed and turned all night and decided it was better to get up and do something...

So I have cleaned the house, done the pre game check and now thought I would add to the nerves by getting on here.

Might go to the pre game check again (just in case).

If we are this bad for the QF, I hate to think what we will be like in a few weeks time.

*Rubber backed picnic rug (Excellent for keeping really dry in a heavy downpour when used upside down, rubber back facing out!): check.

I dont think nerves should be confused with negativity. Just because you are nervous doesnt mean you think we are going to lose. Perfectly normal to be nervous about something that means so much to you. Spare a thought for Rooey doesnt he get so nervous that he throws up and I am sure he is not negative. I am really nervous to. Going to go for a run and try and turn it into a good thing

Time to leave for the big city now. Well, in half an hour actually!! I am very nervous, anxious and excited at the same time. The weather is great down here - hopefully it holds like this so that our big forwards can rip in a few grabs inside 50. This is it - GO SAINTERS..... JUST FKN DO IT!!!
