Between 1993 and 2004, St. Kilda had two players with a 100% winning record. They are Raphael Clarke and Leigh Capsalis who both played one game for one win

Who is the only other player in that period with a winning record greater than 80%?

Leigh Fisher.
Played I think 8 maybe 9 games in his career so far. We have lost just the one of those.

Nick Stone - 2 games in 2004 (v adelaide at York Park R19 and kangapoos in R20 at TD) - Saints won both of those games.

I was actually thinking of Leigh Fisher who has only played in one losing side from his 10 games. Round 22 2003 v Cats.

However Nick Stone is also correct if you are only talking about his career at St.Kilda.

Played his first 10 games (1997-8) without playing in a losing side.

I am not sure how many he ended up playing or how his win loss ended up but that's my guess.

Saints v tiggers (the game of the week):

Think back to 2003 - Burkeys farewell at TD - R19 - we "pantsed" the tiggers by 80 points!!! A great night.

There have only been two other games where we have beaten the tiggers by more.

Name one of them (or both) - the round, year and margin.
For a bonus point, provide the highlight (something to do with the tiggers score!!)

we beat the tigers by 89 points in 1972 at Moorabbin
it was round 6

and at the time it was our highest ever score

24.21: 165 to Tigers 10.16: 76

I'll pay that answer.
A good pick-up on the highest score at the time.

The other game v tiggers was R16 in 1961.
Poor old tiggers could not buy a goal!!!

Scores were Saints 12.19 91 to tiggers 0.8 - an 83 point win.
It was Richmonds lowest ever score at the time, AND remains their lowest ever score AND is the only time where they have not scored a goal for the entire game!!

Possibly a fact to remind a tigger supporter on the weekend (especially if we are flogging them or if they haven't kicked a goal at qtr time)??

The game was played at Manuka Oval in Canberra.
Being only the second game played at Manuka for points it was the highest number of goals at the ground (and remains the record at this time).

Since then the kangapoos have played at Manuka a further 11 times with the best individual effort coming from Phil Matera who kicked 6 straight in R22 of 2002.

Buckets kicked 7.2 that day.

The G-Train kicked 6 bags of 5 last year (including a final).
That may be a record but that wasn't the one I was looking for...

And yes, the G-Train kicked a bag of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 goals in various matches during 2004 ..... that may also be a record ...but it's not the one I'm looking for.

A weeny hint... the question (and answer) is similar to the one prior.
That should make it easy.

Well....

Interesting guesses.

He may have kicked 5 in every state - WA seems OK but unsure of Qld...probably not...and he may be the highest scorer at TD....how do we find that out without adding up heaps of records? Fair chance of that being the case I would think.....

....but that's not the record I was looking for.

See my previous post for the hint - I thought it would be obvious but it depends on what you're looking at I guess.
