Norm Smith odds

Post: # 995424Post Calais »

Just looking at some Odds on sportingbet. Some really good Odds IMO

The shortest is obviously swan at $ 5.00m Don't think he'll win it though. Doesn't seem like he gets favored by the umpires. In saying that he was robbed out of the Brownlow ( IMO ) so i hope the umpires dont use this as a square up.

The shortest saint is Roo @ 9.50. The way he will get triple teamed and so forth i doubt he'd get up. Happy to be proven wrong though

Gilbo and Milney @ 31.00 which I think is fairy good value as you could never know what could happen.

Fisher @ 67.00 is pretty astonishing i rekon. If he doesn't play on Cloke or Dawes and can run off his opponents will play an awesome gay!

Fisher's amazing value. Close to best on last week and playing in a game where both sides will have loose men back... A la The Matrix, he could be the one.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

I'm on Roo, BJ, Milne, Peake and Gardner.

Peake @ 101 is huge value.

I've gone with Joey @ $15.

Past history says, like the brownlow- it's a midfielders medal.
Joey had a pile of football and was our best in a heavy loss last time we played the pies.

Couple that with the fact that Joey was just as important as Roo in the 3rd quarter last week, I reckon he's gonna have a corker.

I bought a shirt from Target once.
It had a hard tag on it too.

I know how Dal feels.

Fisher does have a history of leather poisoning against the filth.

What did have in last years qualifying,41 touches? And he wasn't in great form leading into that....horses for courses....get on fisher if you are after value

Milne, Schneider, or Kosi. They can't stop them all without letting Roo run riot. And they will be all about that.

Dal turns it on against the pies. $26 is great value assuming he 100% fit.

Article here about it with stats

$5 each at Betfair on:
  • Roo @ 11 because he might win it
Dal @ 42 because his odds will come down if he is fit
    Gram @ 85 ditto
    Kosi @ 110 cos I love him
Milne @ 80 because it would shut some of the Collingwood flogs up at bigfooty
    Peake @ 210 ditto

Calais, you said "Fisher @ 67.00 is pretty astonishing i rekon. If he doesn't play on Cloke or Dawes and can run off his opponents will play an awesome gay!"

I think most players don't ask, don't tell.
