Can play and would get plenty of games next year and almost the whole year in 2023

Nankervis 26 and Soldo 25 still young

Is out of contract this year.

I bet Richmond would want an inflated draft pick for him, especially since they got us to trade down our 2020 first pick and hand over our 2021 2nd round pick for Higgins plus their 2021 4th round pick in last
year's trade period.

He would be a good pick, up but like last year Richmond would want our future 2nd round selection. If we can find a way to get him without giving up a good draft pick he would be great.

Otherwise we cant keep giving away our future draft picks and expect to remarkably become a top 4 side. We need to go to the draft and build our own trade chips with depth through youth.

That aside, with a young Marshall could we afford to a Dogs over the coming years in just bring in your Martin types to help out after Paddy goes? (that’s if Chol costs too much)

Chol is a much better player than Hunter
Hunter is the definition of dud, I have never been more embarrassed watching a Saints player run around than I did with him in the middle. Wow.

I don't know enough about Chol to give an informed decision is he a better prospect than Paul Hunter ?

Coleman- Jones is one to look at.
Can play forward and ruck and could be a dangerous combination with Marshall once Paddy retires.
Has done the hard yards at Richmond and looks ready.

Hard pass on Chol. Hasn't done anything to suggest he'll be a long term AFL player. Try to convince Ryder to play another season and see if we can pick up a youngish ruck starved of opportunity (Hayes, CCJ, Archie Smith). If Ryder retires then I wouldn't mind having a crack at a Goldy type
