Proceedings will be opened by Eleni Glouftsis (OAM) Fan Club President, saynt Nosher Powell.


Then, after a (very) short introduction from Firey, the stage will be handed over for the keynote address. This year to given by Eleni Glouftsis (OAM) Fan Club patron and number one ticket holder, SS's favourite purveyor, Vortex. Vort will be a making a special trip down from Cairns FnQ for the occasion. His topics will include ... chess mastery, the dedication required to be a student of the game, diplomacy, objectivity, repeaters, tightrope walking for fun and fitness, and much much more. Plus, probably some really really bad dad jokes. And that, closed off with a heart-felt tribute from Vort to our gal, and her extended time away from us. Onya Vort!





Mick Thomas will once again be taking the wide open road from Wellard all the way back to Melbourne, hoping for a decent cup of coffee, but also, to deliver a tribute to the Eleni Glouftsis (OAM) Fan Club's newest life member, Big.Marmot. Onya Mick! And onya Big.Furry.One!




The entertainment won't be stopping there.

Ted 'Ace' Bullpit will once be stepping back up to lead all in attendance through a rousing rendition of his favourite song, and now a staple of the Eleni Glouftsis (OAM) Fan Club meetings, Lily of Luguna... burrump, burrump. Come on. You can't say you don't know the words. Onya 'Ace'!




And if everyone gets lucky, Ted 'Ace' Bullpit will then perform a few more of his personal favourites. Onya 'Ace'!




There will also be a special Saints' player meet n' greet. Saynt Nosher has organised for his favourite young guns Ryan Bybes and Hunter Clark(no f*****g 'e', ffs! ) to be present. The word from a couple of ex-AFL footballers, is that they will be speaking about their on-going Deed Poll 'experiences' on SS.


Afterwards, game time, for Eleni Andriana Glouftsis (OAM) Fan Club members. Everyone will easily score copious amounts HarryM's famous gourmet quiche... delivered on a platter. (Vegetarian though. Nosh has refused to allow any more chickens to lose their heads.) Onya Harry! Onya Nosh!

Whoops. What happened there? At least that chook kept its head though.


Then, club members will all retire to the bar to cheer-on our golden girl.

However, once again, a word of warning. If anyone notices that now famous 'slightly metallic taste' in their drink, then best not to consume it. Instead, do your bit for Eleni Glouftsis (OAM) Fan Club Vice-President comrade Rosputin's leadership ambitions... slip some into Nosher's raspberry cordial.

And lets not forget. When we win, Vort will be putting up $10K to shout the bar. Onya Vort!

Cannot fault anything Bassett or the club has done post the 2022 review. Everything from personnel, marketing to recruiting has been hard edged. Brutal maybe, but he has acted big time.
